The warranty covers Abris Mondial's temporary car shelters and their components against defects in material and workmanship. The duration varies by component: a 3-year limited warranty on the 240 GSM fabric, a 2-year limited warranty on the 300 GSM fabric for industrial and commercial use, a 1-year limited warranty on the 190 GSM fabric and the windows, and a 10-year limited warranty on the metal.

For the warranty to be valid, the shelter must be installed and maintained according to Abris Mondial's instructions. The buyer must produce a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged part within 30 days of purchase or 48 hours following the initial installation. The shelter must not be damaged due to negligence, improper maintenance, or improper installation. If these criteria are met, Abris Mondial will repair or replace the product free of charge. The buyer is responsible for all transportation costs for the shelter and its accessories.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, animals, extended exposure to the sun, extreme weather conditions, ice, improper installation, improper storage, fire, snow accumulation, vandalism, vegetation, or unforeseeable events.
